Ownership
Studio One Tree agrees to sign over all rights associated with ownership and usage of materials developed by Studio One Tree to the customer upon receipt of final payment for the given materials. Until that time Studio One Tree retains and reserves all rights to any content created by Studio One Tree as set forth by the Copyright Laws of the United States of America (Title 17 U.S.C., et seq., and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act). Once full payment has been received by Studio One Tree, all rights to the final product, full and unrestricted, will be released to the customer for use in all media and in all markets, for an unlimited period of time.

Studio One Tree retains and reserves the rights to use any and all content developed by Studio One Tree, regardless of ownership, for display and self-promotional purposes.

Payment
1. Upon receipt of a completed order form, Studio One Tree will secure a down payment of an amount equal to one half of the total order, which will cover expenses including, but not limited to, the following:

The initial fee is non-refundable and does not include final usage rights, which will be released upon receipt of final payment. The customer's final product will be made available and full usage rights will be granted upon final approval and payment. Bounced checks will be upheld at the highest extinct of the law and will be charged double the amount bounced.

2. Should the project scope be expanded during fulfillment of the initial order, Studio One Tree may secure intermediary payments of an amount mutually agreed upon with the customer, but not exceeding one half of the additional purchase amount. Intermediary fees are non-refundable and do not include final usage rights, which will be released upon receipt of final payment.

3. Upon the customer's approval of the final product, Studio One Tree will secure a final payment. Upon receipt of this final payment, all rights to the final product, full and unrestricted, will be released to the customer for use in all media and in all markets, for unlimited period of time.

4. The customer can choose to terminate his project at any time. In this event, no additional charges will be collected by Studio One Tree. The customer will retain no rights to any of the design work Studio One Tree has completed on their behalf, and Studio One Tree will retain full ownership of all work completed on the project. Initial design concepts will be presented within 3-10 business days following the receipt of an order and down payment, depending on the type of service ordered. Turnaround
Revisions are made within 3-10 business days, depending on the type of service ordered. The final product will be delivered by electronic means within 7-10 business days upon receipt of final payment.

Trademark & Copyright
Studio One Tree provides no guarantee of copyright to the customer. The customer assumes responsibility for obtaining Trademark or Copyright for any material created by Studio One Tree. Studio One Tree assumes no liability in the event that a customer is unable to obtain Trademark or Copyright for the given material for any reason.

Billing & Services
Every month there will be a services fee for web hosting of $20.00 (This fee might elevate from time to time) (not including maintenance fees) which is due on the 20th of each month.There will be a 5 day grace period. Anything received after the 26th of each month there will be a late fee of $6.50. Any payment received after the 1st of the following month will result in downtime and a reinstatment fee of $30.00. Untill these fees are paid in full the service will remain down.

Domain Services
There is an annual fee of $16.00 due on the 20th day of the month before your yearly registration renews. Failure to pay domain name fee will result in loss of domain rights. We will do our best to hold your domain name but we cannot promise that it will still be available if you do not re-register on time.

Domain's are registered through Studio One Tree for a period of one year at a time. Any cancellation of a domain prior to one year may result in downtime with your domain and service.

To transfer your domain name to another host provider prior to one year there will be a transfer fee of $50.00
